Part art installation, part immersive theatre – Wake The Tiger is unlike anywhere else in Bristol. Hidden behind an ordinary-looking doorway is a maze of secret passages, strange worlds and rooms designed to make you question what you’ve just walked into. One minute it’s glowing forests and hidden slides, the next it’s climbing through cupboards into entirely different universes. Whether you go with friends, family or someone who “doesn’t really do immersive experiences”, expect everyone to leave talking about it afterwards. Bristol doesn’t do ordinary particularly well. This proves it.
